1. Membership Commitment

All recording memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment. Memberships automatically renew on a month-to-month basis after the initial commitment period unless canceled in writing.

Why: This allows Dream Big Studios to reserve studio availability, staffing, and resources for members.

2. Payment Terms

• Membership fees are automatically charged on the same date each month.
• A valid debit or credit card must remain on file.
• Payments are non-refundable.
• Failed payments must be resolved within 48 hours to maintain membership benefits.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Members may cancel after completing their initial 3-month commitment.
• A minimum of 30 days written notice is required for cancellation.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to: studio@dreambigctx.com.
• No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.

4. Unused Hours

• Monthly recording hours do not roll over to the next month.
• Unused hours expire at the end of each billing cycle.
• Membership hours have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

5. Booking Policy

• Members may schedule sessions up to 30 days in advance.
• All bookings are subject to studio availability.
• Sessions must be booked through the approved scheduling system.

6. Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Members must provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be deducted from the member’s monthly hours.
• No-shows result in forfeiture of the entire scheduled session.

Example:

If a member books a 4-hour session and fails to show, all 4 hours are deducted.

7. Membership Benefits Protection

To prevent abuse of membership benefits:

• Promotional bonuses, free merchandise, discounted mixing/mastering, or free photos/videos earned through membership become available only after the member completes their first 90 days of active membership.
• Members who cancel before completing the initial commitment period forfeit all promotional bonuses.
• Any free services redeemed during the commitment period and canceled early will be billed at standard retail pricing.

8. Freeze Policy

Members may freeze their membership for up to 30 days once per calendar year due to emergencies, military deployment, or medical reasons.

Written approval from management is required.

By enrolling in a Dream Big Studios membership, you acknowledge and agree to all membership terms, including the 3-month minimum commitment, automatic billing, cancellation requirements, and non-refundable payment policy.
